eSignRecord

An electronic signature service that businesses use to send documents for signature, including collection agencies.

Why did I get an email from eSignRecord?

A company used this service to send you a document. The email names that company, and it is the one asking for your signature. eSignRecord does not own or collect any debt and cannot change your account.

How signing works

  1. Open the link in the email.
  2. Read the document.
  3. If you agree, sign it on the page. If you don't, close the page.

Security and records

When you sign, a record is kept of the date and time, your internet address, your browser and a fingerprint of the document. If a document asks for card or bank details, the full numbers go to a separate secure vault and aren't kept with the record. The record keeps the details needed to identify the payment method, such as the name on it, the card type and expiry or the bank name, and the last digits.
